Team Building & Incentive
Villa Cariola organizes team building activities for companies, fully customizable according to the customer’s needs, and provides an experienced and motivated team to manage all the phases of the corporate event. Thanks to the enchanting position, surrounded by the fantastic landscape of the Garda hinterland, it is possible to plan both indoor and outdoor activities. The proximity to Lake Garda and Monte Baldo, together with the huge park of the Villa, allow the organization of motivational programs and stimulating team building sessions.
Cooking Lesson
Once divided into teams, the participants will have to cook some typical specialties of the area. At the end of the team building session, the prepared meals will be served during the company dinner. The entire team building program includes the presence and the support of our expert chefs.
Cocktail competition
With a fully equipped master counter, the cocktail competition takes place between two different teams that have to prepare the best alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink, becoming barman for a day. A staff of professional bartenders will give the right advices and will judge the challenge, rewarding the winning team.
Sport and Nature
A completely different dimension from the usual environment in which you are used to deal with your colleagues. Our specialized staff will involve you in activities such as karting, archery, mountain biking, canyoning, snowshoeing, team trekking.
Orienteering
The players, divided into teams, will have to find clues and to face all kinds of tests within a maximum time. This team building proposal strengthens the team spirit and allows the participants to discover the architectural and natural beauties of the area: Verona, Lake Garda and Valpolicella.
Tour in vintage cars
Over 30 vehicles of historical interest, from spiders to sedans, from coupes to the legendary 500, to provide to your best customers a real vintage experience or to reward your company employees in an original way. The atmosphere of Dolce Vita as the background of your event, with the possibility of enriching it with more vintage details and other activities such as regularity competitions or food and wine tastings.
Boat Tour
And how to see the best places on Lake Garda if not with a boat tour?
Lazise, Bardolino, Garda, the Grotte di Catullo, Punta San Vigilio and more, will be ready to be admired from an alternative point of view.
Sail boat
You can learn how to sail along the Lake Garda shores. The organization staff will provide the boats with an instructor for each unit, which is made up of 7/8 people. Adequate and stimulating tasks will be assigned also to beginners.
